The Denver Metro Real Estate Market continues to shine.  Double digit appreciation continues while average days on market continue to decline.  Interestingly, inventory of homes for sale increased 9% year over year in May while homes sold decreased.  If this trend continues if could be an early indication of moderation in our market.  2018 is on track to be the fifth consecutive year of double digit appreciation.  If history is any indication this summer will be an excellent time to sell.
