Tom Gross, top real estate agent with Kentwood Real Estate, has earned the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors®.

Tom joins an exclusive group of real estate agents who have earned the SRES® designation in the Denver metro area.  Gross successfully completed a comprehensive course in addressing the issues, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

“Working with seniors to meet their housing needs requires an expert understanding of their lifestyle and financial needs.  The SRES® designation means that a Realtor® has that understanding,” said Gross “Whether they are buying, selling, relocating or refinancing, seniors can be confident that a Realtor® designated SRES® will be able to help them every step of the way.”

“Many of us in our 50s have similar thoughts and questions regarding downsizing, lifestyle communities and second homes as a transition home for future retirement," said Gross “The SRES® training and resources cover the spectrum of needs from downsizing to moving to a care facility and every option in between.”

SRES® Council, founded in 2007, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions.
